2. Ship Your Items To Us
Once you submit your order form, we will send you an order confirmation email with instructions on how to pack and ship your items. We accept packages from any carrier including UPS, FedEx, USPS, and others. Once we receive your items, we will open and inspect your package to make sure there is no damage caused by transit. Please be sure to save your tracking number and incude in email if possible.
3. Photograph & Edit
One of our professional photographers will then photograph your products using state-of-the-art equipment along with a custom color background. The images will then be edited to your order specifications to include custom sizing, minor retouching, and color optimization.
4. Review & Download Photos
After the product photography process is done, we will provide you with a payment invoice along with the ability to review the photos. Once we receive payment and get your image approval, we will then provide you with an online gallery where you will be able to download the images immediately.
5. We Ship Your Products Back
Once your project is complete, we will carefully pack and ship your products back to you. You can either provide us with a pre-paid return label at the time of your shipment or we can bill you upon completion of the shoot. We can also donate or dispose of any items you don’t want returned.
